WOWMAX NEXT Inc. Privacy Policy

We at WOWMAX NEXT Inc. (“Wowmax”) have created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting your personally identifiable information and to inform you about how we handle it. All personally identifiable information given to Wowmax is kept in strictest confidence. We are strongly committed to protecting your privacy online and have taken steps to protect the information you share with us. We want to provide a safe, secure user experience. We will use our best efforts to ensure that the information you submit to us remains private and is used only for the purposes as set forth herein.

What This Privacy Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy covers Wowmax’s treatment of personally identifiable information that Wowmax collects when you are on our Site. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Wowmax does not own or control or to people whom Wowmax does not employ or manage.

What Information We Collect
We may collect personally identifiable information about the visitors of our Site when a visitor provides such information to us in the process of ordering subscriptions, entering contests or sweepstakes, signing up for our newsletters, registering with the website, or using other services available on our Site. Personally identifiable information includes, for example, your name, age, e-mail address, credit card number, mailing address, telephone number, and/or other information that may identify you as an individual.

Our web server also gathers information about all of our users collectively, such as what areas users visit most frequently and what services users access the most. Our web server also logs non-personally-identifiable information from users, such as IP addresses and browser types. This data is used to manage our Site, track usage, and improve the services provided at our Site. We only use such data anonymously and in the aggregate. This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to our users.
Wowmax may use “cookie” technology to enhance your online experience. Internet cookies are small text files placed on your computer by a website you visit. A cookie contains information on you that your browser saves and sends back to a website when you visit it again. We use cookies to collect, store, and sometimes track information for statistical purposes to improve the services we provide. If you are a registered user, we will use a cookie to save your settings and to provide customizable and personalized services. These cookies do not enable third parties to access any of your personally identifiable information. Additionally, be aware that if you visit other website, you may be required to accept cookies. Advertisers and partners also may use their own cookies. We do not control use of these cookies and expressly disclaim responsibility for information collected through them.

How We Use Collected Information
Except as described in this Privacy Policy, our users’ personally identifiable information is used solely by Wowmax or its affiliated legal entities to complete the transaction you request or otherwise to provide you with a customized experience on our Site. Your personally identifiable information helps us tailor the content, services, goods, and advertising to your current and future needs. Our users’ personally identifiable information is never sold or given to unrelated third parties for any purpose without your explicit approval. However, we may disclose user information, including personally identifiable information, to government authorities or other third parties when compelled to do so by government authorities, at our discretion, or otherwise as required or permitted by law, including, without limitation, in response to court orders and subpoenas. We also may disclose user information when we have reason to believe that someone is causing injury to our rights or property, other users of our Site, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.
We employ affiliated legal entities and/or other companies to perform functions on our behalf. Examples of such functions include hosting our web servers, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing other services. These other companies will have access to your information, including personally identifiable information, as necessary to perform their functions, but they will not share that information with any unrelated third party and are required to protect the information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy by, for example, not using the information for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for Wowmax.

Online Order Security
When you place an order online, your personal details and credit card information are scrambled using SSL encryption technology before being sent over the Internet. SSL makes it very difficult for your information to be stolen or intercepted while being transferred. However, because of the public nature of the Internet, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be secure, and Wowmax cannot guarantee that information you transmit will be absolutely safe from intrusion by others, such as hackers, during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our system.

Children’s Personally Identifiable Information
Our Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We assume products purchased through credit card means are purchased by adults or minors supervised by a parent or a guardian. We respect the privacy of parents and children and are committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). On those areas of our Site that ask for age, we do not collect personal information from individuals who identify themselves as under the age of 13 except in those limited circumstances where we believe that such collection is permitted under COPPA.
We may ask prospective users to provide their age during the registration process and on other areas of our Site. If a user indicates that he or she is under the age of 13 then all personal data collected during the registration process is automatically deleted except that we may retain and use limited information, such as the child’s email address, for a limited period of time, in those cases where we believe that the collection and use of such information is permitted under COPPA. If a parent believes that his or her child has provided us with personal information, he or she can contact us via e-mail or postal mail as listed below. We will promptly delete the information upon learning that it relates to a child under the age of 13.
We believe that parents should supervise their children’s online activities and consider using parental control tools available from online services and software manufacturers that help provide a kid-friendly online environment. These tools can also prevent children from otherwise disclosing online their name, address, and other personal information without parental permission.
